How do I get involved?
Plywood’s mantra is better is possible. One of the ways we are striving to be better as an organization is to more intentionally pursue and serve leaders of color. Spearheaded by Plywood team member, Bethaney Wilkinson, this initiative aims to create environments where founders of color are known, supported, platformed and resourced as they lead their projects and businesses.
There are a few ways to engage the Plywood Leaders of Color Initiative.

FORWARD is an evening time gathering specifically for leaders of color, led by leaders of color. It’s an affinity space within the Plywood community to provide learning opportunities that are highly adapted to the struggles facing entrepreneurs from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds.
